Applicability: These Terms & Conditions apply to all travel services provided by The Explore Journey.
Binding Agreement: By confirming a booking, the traveler agrees to these terms and is legally bound by them.
Role as Intermediary: The Explore Journey acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa agencies, and other vendors.
Third-Party Terms: Third-party services are subject to the respective provider’s terms, policies, and availability.
Data Privacy: The Explore Journey may share traveler information with relevant third parties only with consent or where legally required.
Advance Payment: Booking requests will be processed once the required advance payment is received. Availability remains subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Confirmation Timeline: Booking confirmation may take up to 72 working hours, depending on third-party service providers. In case of unavailability, suitable alternative options will be offered.
Voucher Issuance: Final vouchers and booking confirmations will be shared only after the receipt of full payment.
Documentation Requirements: Guests must provide clear copies of their passport and other necessary documents at the time of booking. Delays in providing documents may affect the booking process.
Regulatory Compliance: PAN details and related documents may be required in accordance with applicable Indian regulatory and taxation requirements.
