At The Explore Journey, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation and refund policy provides transparency regarding cancellation charges and eligible refunds.
Cancellation charges apply based on the date of cancellation relative to the scheduled departure:

| 60 days or more prior to date of travel | 25% of the total package cost |
| 30–59 days prior to date of travel | 50% of the total package cost |
| 15–29 days prior to date of travel | 75% of the total package cost |
| Within 14 days prior to date of travel | 100% of the total package cost (No Refund) |
Eligible refunds will be processed once the cancellation request has been reviewed and the final refundable amount is confirmed.
Timeline: Refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 working days from the confirmation of the eligible refund amount.
Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back through the original mode of payment, wherever applicable.
Non-Refundable Scenarios: No refund will be granted for no-shows, partially or fully utilized services, or cancellations requested after the applicable deadline, unless explicitly specified otherwise.
